Strategy for Underwater Photography

U/W Photo Course

Learn u/w photography the easy way!

Successful underwater photography is often largely due to being methodical - both in planning and execution. This is particularly true in temperate waters, where external stresses are conspiring to weaken your efforts before you even get near the water; the cold, a tight neck seal on your drysuit, and sea-sickness are all examples of the possible problems which can contribute to bad photographic results. You should aim therefore, to hit the water relaxed, and with as many of the potential problems as possible already anticipated.

trade secrets! Things the pro's don't want you to know! Your frame of mind is possibly the single-most important factor in getting results.
