The Giant barrel sponges were "going off" - looked like a foggy morning in San Francisco. Long Cay at Lighthouse Atoll, 80 fsw.
This Tiger Grouper needs to learn to swallow head first - that's the tip of the squirrel fish's tail protruding from the grouper's gills. A little worse for wear and tear, the squirrel fish escaped.

"Everyone needs some fresh air sometimes." This is a picture of a sea turtle at Shark's Cove on Oahu in Hawaii. Itss natural light and no enhancements. I got pretty lucky with this picture and I hope you enjoy it.

Hard to get a good shot of the very playful sea lions in the Galapagos. They zip by at lightning speed. While I was snorkeling, this one circled several times, upside down. Locked onto his face and panned the camera with him to get this shot.
This friendly cuttlefish was laying eggs in the coral. It was interested in the domeport and came quite close. Olympus E330, 8mm fisheye, 2 Ikelite DS125 strobes.
it was a sleeping turtle until the drift dive got there, we were 9 people...... shot with a Nikonos RS and 50 mm with 2 Ikelite SS200 strobes.
