Interesting behaviour. Watched for 10+ minutes while this reef octopus ran its tentacles all over its body. Assuming this was not a sponge bath or a lonely teenager, what was it doing?

The original hard hat divers. Dippers walk on stream bottoms using their wings as hydrofoils to keep themselves 'weighted down'. They are able to pick aquatic invertebrates from under rocks etc...

With a compact camera and wet lens, one is not able to do over-unders in focus ... but I still like the results with surface reflections.
