I've been experimenting with wide apertures when shooting my macro images lately. Here, I focused on this spotted cleaner shrimp's eye, letting everything else in front and behind blur.

"Flight" - When I photographed this Spanish hogfish I went for an artistic look: I used a slow shutter speed and waited until the fish was racing over of a field of jagged lettuce leaf coral to provide background texture.

The waterline and shark are natural, but the clouds were painted in for this (the sky was flat white).. I wanted to do some different things this year, and moving over/unders make really weird splits

Over/Under on the move- the water was calm enough for splits, but swimming with the shark causes some cool water lines and lots of misses.
