I think this is a juvenile bobtail squid. I know these guys are small but this was so tiny I thought it was just a piece of debris floating next to a crinoid until I focused really close with my 60mm macro lens.

Black faced blenny. The body is elongated and spindle-shaped and the snout poited. the dorsal is divided in three parts. The colouration is greyish brown. during the mating season the males are red with black head.
