Despite my best jokes, I COULD NOT get this guy to smile! Whatayagonnado? The ever popular turtle shot. Up close and personal.
Photo taken in Playa del Carmen.
"Back to School"
Reef still-life with sponge and brittle stars. It's really tough to beat the colors on the reef. North Wall, Grand Cayman, off Rum Point.
If the kaleidoscopic image is created with a big enough "chunk" of the original reef scene, then the original topic may be quite obvious. Where's the fun in that, then? Not Manfred Bail-ian, but still pleasant enough to look at.
The image of a turtle was taken off Cozumel. They all seem to have very distinguished marks.
A lonely little sea horse.
Like a winter scenery with these two flamingo tongues.
This is the entry to Efra's Wall, one of the most spectacular Wall Dives in Puerto Rico
Peacock Flounder, Aguadilla
Squat anemone shrimp
This image of a Smoooth Trunkfish was taken while diving off of Roatan Honduras.
Taken in Cozumel with a Canon G9.
Rock Beauty @ Reef in Guanica, Puerto Rico
Kent with his video camera in a Snell's window.
10mm
This image of a sleeping Nurse Shark was taken during a dive off Cozumel. This is an example of exactly what Jacques Cousteau discovered about these sharks. They do not need to constantly swim and probably prefer to sleep.
the image is of a small moray eel that I found by the side of the ship wreck the Veronica L on the Carribean side of Grenada.
The photo was taken in May 2009.
This image of a squid was taken at Villa Blanco Wall...... This dive site is awesome and there are lots of photo opportunities. I love Cozumel!
This closeup image of a Feather Duster was taken while diving off Roatan. Great photo opportunities are a norm on every dive off this beautiful island.
Juvenile spotted drum - full frame - no cropping
Green Morey Eel @ Efra's Wall, @ Guanica, Puerto Rico
A big sponge with a gorgonian and a videographer shooting them with the light firing backlight. Caribbean.
Nikonos 15mm+ Ikelite strobe.
A stop at the cleanng station. Bonaire
Taken with a Canon G9.
"Oh No" dinner time... D300-60mm

you can't beat a bit of drama, as this lunchtime shot shows
Sea Turtle.
I'm not sure what it is about these turtles, but the kids who see the turtle pics seem to like them above all else -- anyone else have this experience?
Shot with Nikonos RS using 13mm lens, and two SB-105 strobes.
Iguana ona beach, Conch Point, Grand Cayman.
