Diving in the reserve off Anacapa is strikingly different from the other side -- LOTS of big sheephead! It would seem the reserve works. I entered this since none of the photos are of local sites. California diving's great!

These pan tropical spotted dophins are residents in the Osa Peninsula area. I was snorkelling one day and was really lucky when 100 at least came back following tunas. Taken with a Canon 20D and 20 mm lens.
