I used a slow shutter speed while zooming a 14mm to 45mm ... by Nikki Van Veelen
I used a slow shutter speed while zooming a 14mm to 45mm lens to get this effect with a hawkfish taken at Sharksbay. Not as easy as it looks... I did edit the color balance but not the effect. Taken at Sharksbay with E300.
