Smaller subjects typically 1 to 3 inches (2.5 to 7.5cm) shot on macro settings or with macro equipment that are NOT MOVING usually on the bottom (i.e. between 1:1 and 1:3)

This Frog fish was only about 7 cm big and so well camouflaged I only saw it because it moved while I was taking a picture of a shrimp right next to it.

"Nudi Ball" On one the first dives on the 1 Mile Jetty in Carnarvon after the water had settled, Nudis Everywhere!!. I counted twenty on this one small clump at the base of a pylon.

Eggs. These are eggs of the most common blennie of the Canary Islands. The fish itself isn't really beautyful at all, but the babies.....
Neck Crab, found on Bloody Bay Wall at 95 feet. This little fellow (3 cm) was almost impossible to see, with his bright red coloring almost gone at the depth I found him at. Nikon D70 with 60mm lens.
