Sea Dragon in the kelp - found this one while diving in the cold waters around Tasmania, Australia.
I was researching the whale sharks in the Sea of Cortez and this one which was about 8 m, turned and approached me. It was taken with a Canon 10D and a Fisheye Lens.

A weedy sea dragon laden with eggs. The males carry the eggs under the tail. Taken with an olympus sp-350, inon d2000 strobe and an inon fisheye lense.

This image of a turtle was taken in Cozumel 2006, in the background the divemaster is trailing his safety device but it looks like he's hurding the turtle.
Panning with a blue triggerfish, again using slow shutter speed and 2nd curtian flash.
Sea scorpion
You could barely make out this Ragged Scorpionfish from above but he can be clearly seen here from the side. Photo taken on a dive off the shore of the Izu Pennisula in Japan on 29 September 2007. Canon A630/Ikelite Housing/Ikelite DS125 Substrobe.
This scorpionfish made me descend deeply and get some deco stop over the planned. Everything OK but the boatman had something to say.

Getting movement into the shot by using a slow shutter speed, panning along with the subject and by using 2nd curtian flash. Taken at Ras Umm Sid.
This photo was taken in Roatan on a night dive. The subject is a Slipper Lobster. This photo was taken with a DC500 w/ 2 external flash units.
