This is a creative image that I produced in Photoshop. The original shot is an undulating eel off Maui, and I photographed a cigar, creating the smoke and news article in Photoshop.

I shot the manta ray on the Kona Night Manta dive. I shot the background at the Ghost Ranch outside of Santa Fe, NM, then I built the planet, stars and comet in Photoshop.

I shot this haunting photo of M/V Capt. Keith Tibbets wreck off Cayman Brac. The silent sentry stands guard over the sea as the divers explore its hull. Shot with a 12-24mm lens

In all my years of diving, I have never seen, let alone photographed, this animal behavior before. I shot this with a Nikon 105mm, but with a slower shutter speed than I normal would have used. I was caught off guard - too fast to change settings.
