Shot taken from below fish to allow light to show up the delicate tail fins. This was taken on the Thistlegorm in June 2007 and at a depth of about 25m. Strobe was turned off.

This might not be the best framed, but it is a Scorpion fish with his gills flared. When I showed this around, none of the other divers had ever seen a Scorpion do this. 

Also this fish was WALKING across the seabed using his fins!

This was a very friendly turtle we met last November in Marsa Alam. We were only about 5-8 meters down so this is natural lighting.

I took this picture of a Christmas Tree Worm on a night dive in Marsa Alam. Not the most dynamic of photos but so VERY different

This was taken last week (June 2006) at Marsa Alam. The great thing was I also had a video camera and just after this shot, the octopus walked across the coral! Awesome footage.

Taken with a Nikon D70 with strobe at about 20m.
