2024 has been the year of the bait ball in Bonaire. This tired turtle is looking for a place to rest, oblivious of the cyclone of big eye scan just meters away. Shot with a Nikon Z8/Nauticam housing/INON z330 strobes.

Seaweed Blenny
This image of a Sand Tiger Shark was shot with a fisheye 10.5mm Nikkor with a Nikon D300 from only a few feet away while wreck diving off the North Carolina coast. Horizontal visibility was poor but vertical was blue so I pointed the camera upwards.

Striped Burrfish
Dusky Jawfish blowing chunks... of shell as it prepares it's den. I shot this with the subsee 10x. You can actually see the force with which the jawfish creates the wall- almost like a spray gun.

Dusky Jawfish was busy building his den when I happened along, and disrupted his work. He bellowed at me several times.
