This picture was taken in a black marble mine in belgium, called “anhée”. Due to not having any daylight, we have to add atrificial lights. So you see 2 big blue video lights installed. Shot taken on an iphone 15 with a divevolk housing.

Thuridilla hopei. Often mistaken for a nudibranch, it is a sacoglossal opisthobranch without dorsal appendages. It can only be spotted with a keen eye, on the rocky seabed a few meters deep. Rarely exceeds 2cm in length. (CanonEF100,1/200,f14,i.100)

1/250 at f29 105mm on 400ISO. I am now using a D3 and the quality at high ISO is astounding. Also means I use much less strobe and can shoot 1/250 on f29 in the evening with 3m viz....Fantastic!
