Different color sea fans. Taken at a depth of about 40ft on a recent trip to Raja Ampat during Xmas 2024. Taken by a friend using an Olympus OM-D with 2 strobes.

Adult escorts are usually but not always related to the calf. An Aunt, sister, cousin, grandmother, or even its mother. They all look after the new one. (taken under permit)

Not 100% sure, but I think the pearl-like beads on the right chelidonura are eggs
Sea grass ghost pipefish. I saw 4 of these during the trip, just swaying with the movement of the water, like sea grass.

It's hard to get a good shot of a Napoleon. They'll approach divers but they are as big as a small cow and quite awkward so well done Ripli!
