2024 has been the year of the bait ball in Bonaire. This tired turtle is looking for a place to rest, oblivious of the cyclone of big eye scan just meters away. Shot with a Nikon Z8/Nauticam housing/INON z330 strobes.

Dolphins close at Roca Partida, wrong lens, should have used 8mm fisheye in stead of 14 mm. They got very close and are rather big :-)
I like the pattern of the shark skin. Must be seen in big format. Fortunately the shark was a kind shark :-)

Galapagos and silvertip sharks at Roca Partida.
Clarion angel fish. Find these in the Socorro Islands, and the manta's are close. The only fish cleaning manta's in this area.
San Benedicto Island, the boiler
Watching in awe. Manta and its companions, Cabo Pearce, Socorro Island.
Who is watching who ? I took place on the balcony on Roca Partida beside the sharks and made the shot, from the sharks perspective. Happy they were docile sharks.
Black manta with accompanying remora's. The boiler, San Benedicto Island. A very special place :-)
My wife and a friendly manta in silhouette. The Boiler, San Benedicto Island.
Big trevally on the fantasttic divesite, the boiler, San Benedicto Island.
Image shot on San Benedicto Island, Socorro. Fantastic diving with friendly manta's. This was a shot that I planned from home (getting a bit above). Turned out to be rather difficult (light, visibility, composition). Well here is the result.

While this momma humpback and her calf while remained motionless at 60' deep, I freedove to 60' deep to photograph them. It was amazing they didn't care about me!. I use a Subal Housing with a Nikon D70, a Tokina 10-17 and a 1/125, f/5.6 ISO 200
Great White lounging off of Gaudalupe Island.

Cabo Sunset. View from the pool over the marina after a day of diving in Cabo, with maybe a Margarita to relax with. The blue / lavender light in the center is Cabo Wabo. Enjoy
