Like crystal (tiger moray).
The impressive set of teeth reminds me of crystal.
The lightning is on purpose by lightning close-up very much from one side. Creating a coming out of shadow effect.

Manta Rays having a meal i Habi Faru Lagoon, Maldives. So much plankton in the water that B/W was really the only option. Phoo converted in photoshop. You can see the plankton as small dark spots on their bellies.

I like Nubranchs. Sometimes quite hard to find a good composition, but here I got lucky with a lot of negative space.
Photo taken with 35mm macro and twin DS 125 flash.
Got one shot at these Anemone fish in Gamat Bay, Nusa Penida, before the downcurrent went into force again. I consider myself lucky with just 1 shot at these rather lively fish. Glad for my fast 35mm macro lens.
Very pregnant (male) Pigmy Seahorse. Found on Cannibal Rock, Rinca Island, Komodo Nationalpark. 50mm macro with wet diopter (woodys) and 1 Ikelite DS125

We found this beauty in Horseshoe Bay, Rinca Island. It was shot with a 50mm macro with 1 flash.
We found this little frogfish on 20 meters of water. A little patience a he was looking into the lens. A perfect subject for the 50mm macro lens.
Not a rare subject, but nevertheless I enjoy the beautifull butterfly fish in the blue clear waters of the Red Sea. This photo was taken on an Emperor Liveaboard in June 2009. Not a bad checkdive
