This shot was taken in just 2 metres of water in Nuweiba.  There was a huge baitball circling the jetty there being herded by a single lionfish.  This was taken using my Canon S95 with a fisheye lens using the underwater mode.

Swimming with a Giant Pacific Manta Ray is one of my favourite experiences.  These gentle giants are truly inspiring to be with.  It was taken in the Socorro Islands with a Fuji Finepix, Inon Fisheye Lens and an Inon D2000 Strobe at Roca Partida.

This cuttlefish egg was moving through the sea just off a house reef in Mabul. I took so many shots trying to keep up with it and capture a sharpish image. It was taken with a Canon S95 and one INON strobe.

This was a dawn dive at the beautiful house reef, Abou Lou Lou in Egypt. There were so many lionfish and this one just happily stayed still having an early morning 5 am power snooze smile

This shot was taken in Swanage under the pier behind Divers Down. I saw the rays of light and wanted to capture them contrasted again the green. Taken with Canon S95, INON 105 AD lens and L&M Solar 600 light.

My first UK dive in a year at NDAC, Chepstow. So many attractions and a fabulous place to practice underwater photography. This was taken with a Canon S95, FIX housing and INON 165 Fisheye Lens.
This was taken at Sipidan. I couldn't believe how calm the water was that day after some super rough days and lots of rain! This was taken with a Canon S95, FIX housing, Fisheye Lens and two INON S-2000 strobes.

Maria proofed it again : A great shot does not need uw photo gear as big as a submarine !
The Liberty Wreck is truly an underwater photographer's paradise ... so many fans, corals, sponges, schooling fish ... This was was taken with a Canon S95, FIX housing and INON UFL-165 AD Fisheye Lens with one INON S-2000 strobe.

I was diving at Sipidan and turned around and this turtle was heading straight for me. I hadn't realised but the remora had come away from the turtle and was on this amazing 45 degree angle. I still can't believe it happened!
First dive at the famous Barracuda Point off Sipidan Island and found myself immersed in the famous school of jacks which hang out there .... This was taken with natural light and later converted to black and white.

Amazing encounter with a mimic octopus. Taken with Canon S95 using just the camera's underwater mode.
This is a shot of Sinkers, a buoy sunk by the Israelis that just wasn't quite long enough to hit the surface and sits in 12 ms of water fully of fluffy coral and lots of marine life.
