2024 has been the year of the bait ball in Bonaire.  This tired turtle is looking for a place to rest, oblivious of the cyclone of big eye scan just meters away.  Shot with a Nikon Z8/Nauticam housing/INON z330 strobes.

I tried to capture the flash in the reflection of the fishes eye which I was successful with. It was a bit like playing a game of chess as I had to predict the fishes next movement.

wow, that's a biggie! mind you, wide lenses exaggerate perspective which is what makes CFWA so interesting
