2024 has been the year of the bait ball in Bonaire.  This tired turtle is looking for a place to rest, oblivious of the cyclone of big eye scan just meters away.  Shot with a Nikon Z8/Nauticam housing/INON z330 strobes.

Puffer using an urchin to hide
Pelagic Tunicate/I happened upon this strange, nearly translucent creature, called a Salp, during a safety stop while diving in the Caribbean. Luckily I was shooting macro with my Nikonos V, and always saved one frame, "just in case".

Again to obtain the white background I used one of the strobes to illuminate the reflective sand. I then completed the job with PS
