Different color sea fans. Taken at a depth of about 40ft on a recent trip to Raja Ampat during Xmas 2024. Taken by a friend using an Olympus OM-D with 2 strobes.

Adult escorts are usually but not always related to the calf. An Aunt, sister, cousin, grandmother, or even its mother. They all look after the new one. (taken under permit)

Jim was still recovering from surgery and couldn't dive on our last trip to Little Cayman, so I took his camera down and had a great time. One of my favorite shots was this little Arrow Blenny, about 1 inch long.

Juvenile Flamboyant Cuttlefish. This guy was about 1in long and funny to watch.... he would squirt a tiny cloud of ink, dart 1-2 ft to the right, then change colors and stay still. I would of course see all of this and blow his cover! D300 60mm AF-S
