Corals
Master of the Forest. A Black Sea Bass (Giant Sea Bass) emerges from the kelp Forest at Anacapa Island. An old capture from 2004 using my Nikonos V and 15mm lens in natural light. Shot at f/4 and 1/60 seconds.
I love jelly fish!
Surfacing Seal. A harbor seal dances in the clear, shallow waters at Anacapa Island. An old image from 2002, shot with a Nikonos V and 15mm lens. Shot at f/4 and 1/125 seconds.
HOOPPSS………MY FISH EYE LENS IS OVERFLOWING WITH WATER !!!!
When I make this shot I feel that something was wrong........I look at my domeport and see water inside !

The call of the Christ of the Abyss.
"Il Cristo degli Abissi" is in the Mediterranean sea off San Fruttuoso between Camogli and Portofino on the Italian Riviera. It was placed in the water on 22 August 1954 at approximately 17 metres depth.
Manta ray. Playful and very social, she loved when I blew bubles right under her belly, and stayed with me for the whole dive coming back for more play time.

One of my favorites, shot back in the late 90's at Anacapa Island. Shot with a Nikonos V and 15mm lens. Natural Light. f/5.6 at 1/80 seconds.
