‘Into The Woods’ – A mutton snapper swims through the coral reefs of Grand Cayman

Judged by Allen Walker who says:

My choice this week may seem a little odd, but a lot of photographers seem to forget the simple things, the small things and the average things, this image is well composed and simply WOW using the “every day”to capture an spectacular image – well done!!

Tanya Houppermans
I’m Tanya Houppermans, and I live in Virginia. I love to dive with sharks, and have had the honor of diving with tiger sharks, sand tigers, Caribbean reef sharks, blue sharks, makos, lemons, whitetip reef sharks, whale sharks, great hammerheads, and nurse sharks. I hope to capture images that inspire people to care about the ocean and the creatures that live in it. I shoot with an Olympus OM-D E-M1, Nauticam housing, and Sea&Sea YS-D2 strobes.
