What splendid eyes these little gobies have! They hide in small crevices in rocks. They are shy but curious and it is easy to photograph them when they lean out to scrutinize the external environment. Havelock Is._April2024

A small fairy penguin colony exists right next to the CBD of Melbourne. Not many people know about it and I'm glad as the proximity to urban culture would mean the end of these gorgeous animals if word got out. This is a baby with the city behind.
