2024 has been the year of the bait ball in Bonaire.  This tired turtle is looking for a place to rest, oblivious of the cyclone of big eye scan just meters away.  Shot with a Nikon Z8/Nauticam housing/INON z330 strobes.

Two Peppermint Shrimp housed in a sponge.
Scorpionfish. It was perched on a rock so I was able to get below him and get a blue background. Heavy surge - trouble holding camera still. DX5000. Islamorada Key, Florida.

Orange Ball Corallimorph (Psuedocorynactis caribbeorum) from night dive in Bonaire. Taken with Canon A70 using internal flash. They start to close up if light is shone on them, so you don't get long to frame the shot.
Squirrelfish, looks like he's waving with pectoral fin. Grand Cayman. Nikon D70, 105 macro.
This aneomone is doing some filtering, which is how they eat. I took this in 2004 while in Cozumel. The image was taken with a DC200 and single strobe.
Tiny little Tobaccofish getting right up to my macro port. Reminds me of Edward G. Robinson! Nikon D70 and 105mm lens.

This French Angelfish kept a watchful eye as we approached it's home. The photo was taken in Cozumel in 2004 and with my DC200 and 1 strobe.
