2024 has been the year of the bait ball in Bonaire. This tired turtle is looking for a place to rest, oblivious of the cyclone of big eye scan just meters away. Shot with a Nikon Z8/Nauticam housing/INON z330 strobes.

Another view of a sunny and busy day at Stuart Cove's - Nassau Bahamas
Which direction to choose ?
A great dive with sharks (Carcharhinus perezi).
They were many, that it was impossible to count them.
The sun sits hi during this dive at Tiger Beach to help provide light on the bold markings of this Tiger Shark. I luv this place!
A beautiful day at Nassau's premier dive center Stuart Cove's.
Runner Up - worthy of note but not a medal winner - an equal 4th place if you like! Runner Up 2011

Final RoundThrough to 2011 awards final round judging

love the compostion that turns a bunch of post into a photo - off centre horizon and diagonal into a dissappearing point
This Tiger Shark followed a scent line in the sand right to our bait basket. She wants the plastic bottle of water first before figuring out how to get in the basket. The video is awesome! Tiger Beach - Bahamas
Well adapted to its environment
Crazy buddy :-)
This image was taken in 09 at Tiger Beach. These animals seem to know when their photo is being taken as this big Tiger Shark poses for the shot!
Nice encounter in the Bahamas

Hunting the hunter...
Reef Sharks danced continuously above our heads all afternoon as we did a few dives at El Dorado Reef - Bahamas
Nice encounter (Carcharhinus perezi)
Carribean Reef Shark, Bahamas.
Nikon D80 with 15mm lens, two strobe ikelite ds160

Gray reef shark close up.
Bunch of flowers
The Sugar Wreck offers a perfect spot for a night dive and I was amazed with the saturated colors of the many different soft and hard corals.Beautiful sea fans and whips scatter the old wreck in shallow water.
Reef sharks pass thru the sunlight as we dive on El Dorado Reef off Grand Bahamas. The abundance of Reef Sharks made for lots of excitement on this dive!
Even the fish know how to count until 8 !
Lemon Sharks at Tiger Beach seem to enjoy being the center of attention during every dive. Great Smiles always!
