2024 has been the year of the bait ball in Bonaire. This tired turtle is looking for a place to rest, oblivious of the cyclone of big eye scan just meters away. Shot with a Nikon Z8/Nauticam housing/INON z330 strobes.

Up close and personal! When approached, this Caribbean Reef Octopus reached out and grabbed the 1:3 framer on my Nikonos V, and pulled himself onto the camera. Made for a few easy shots though ;-)
Another Goldentail (I think), they are very small when they stick their little head out of the coral.
This little guy looks like he has bright little stars all over his body.
A blue Caribbean Octopus taken with a Sony DSC-X7 no strobe handheld flashlight on a night dive.

'SPOTTED TRUNK' Always a fun subject as they (usually) are quite curious. This one was in Roatan. From 'Fish Portrait' series. Enjoy!
This angel was just there and color caught my eye.
The balloonfish slowly approached me on a twilight dive, and I was able to get a close-up of his cornea and lens.
I saw someone post this same seahorse earlier this month........at least it was from the same dive site Connie's Dream ;-) enjoy
'Now where did I leave the boat?' Enjoy!
