We dived under the jetty at Alimata where we were treated to a circus of nurse sharks and rays feeding off the left overs from the resorts.

I found the trumpet fish posing under an overhang. I have yet to find one that isn't posing!

Maldives has always been on my bucket list of diving destinations and I was fortunate enough to be able to go there last year. On a night dive, this couple of anemonefish was settling down for the night.

Macro shot of a fan worm, a unique kind of worm that lives within a tube and extends their feathery tentacles to filter feed. They are quite skittish and withdraw their tentacles when they sense your presence.

My first seahorse ever, such a special sighting! There were a couple of them scattered around the reef, they seemed to enjoy the cooler temperatures at the bottom.
