A bright spot in the June gloom/Canon 5D/Canon 15 mm fish-eye lens/SPL waterhousing/This is the same guy that ran me over in April...I still have the scar on my kneecap -- his fin sliced right through my wetsuit...ouch!

I was very lucky to be the only diver on the boat most days on my trip to Fiji, the dive master Frank was great. He made for an excellent underwater model. I hope this picture does him justice. My thanks to you Frank.
A reason to boost/Canon 5D/Tamron 200-500mm lens...
Off the coast of Hawaii we jumped in the water with a pod of Pilot Whales. Once they exited our field of view, this guy, a huge, very curious oceaninc whitetip shark approached us rather closely, an incredibly rare experience!
