Not sure what's wrong with this manatee. He started to chew on the anchor line and pull our boat along.

This was on the wreck of the Sea Emperor in Pompano Beach, Florida. I was behind this huge free swimming moray eel. My buddy was coming up the side of the wreck when they practically ran into each other...a little "face-off" ocurred.
