2024 has been the year of the bait ball in Bonaire. This tired turtle is looking for a place to rest, oblivious of the cyclone of big eye scan just meters away. Shot with a Nikon Z8/Nauticam housing/INON z330 strobes.

This image was taken during the last dive of the trip. Sand, sea weed and Tigers! Lots of great shark action off the Bahamas. Looking forward to August!!!!

Always searching the bottom by sniffing along a trail of fish scent. The Lemon Sharks make their home on the sandbars of Tiger Beach.
This Tiger Shark has some hook damage which will probably heal but it is time that we take better care of the sharks in our oceans before it is to late and the balance of the ocean completely collapses!
Scary looking to some, loveable like a puppy to others. This Lemon Shark is just one of many found at Tiger Beach and the surrounding reefs off the Bahamas.
Reef Sharks coming in close. This was the last dive of the trip and the most exciting of the trip. All of the left over bait was let loose and so did the sharks with a visit from 25 Reefies at one time! Cameras and Action!
My trips have excitement!

Tiger Beach always provides excitement and the large congregation of Lemon Sharks and is also the home to Emma , everyone's favorite Tiger Shark. Join us in August and you too will meet the lovely Emma!
A beautiful day always at Tiger Beach as the Tiger Sharks patrol the sand bar with lots of curiosity and and decide on the best path to our bait crates.
During a dive at Hammertime, the sweet Tiger Shark know to many as Emma arrives for a lengthy visit. Shes big and beautiful!
The Lemon Sharks cant help but to grin at our arrival on the reef. One hell of a grill. This image was taken at Hammertime Reef.

Here Kitty Kitty! One large Tiger Shark comes in for a close look at Tiger Beach - Bahamas
Another image taken during a safety stop. We did three great dives at Ginormous Reef that day. The weather was not great but it doesnt matter when you are below the surface. This Reef Shark was interested in the bait crates suspended from our boat.
The sunset as I was making my last safety stop of the day and I was surrounded by Lemon, Reef, and one Tiger Shark at 15 ' from the surface.Lots of excitement at that depth.
Found this octopus on this morning's dive to the Blue Hole, with Manta Diving in Lanzarote. Some great shots from this dive including one of a hungry catfish, this octopus in a tube was my favourite because it was so in focus, with his eye wide open!
An interested Reef Shark appears from the blue as the Shear Water is moored above us on the reef. A Beautiful day in the Bahamas!
Oh yes and there's Emma - the world famous Tiger Shark as she passes by for a closer look! This image was taken at Tiger Beach - Bahamas with natural light!
This image was taken at Tiger Beach near West End Bahamas -
Lemons Sharks patrol the area and often settle to the bottom for a bit of cleaning.
A beautiful day at Tiger Beach as the action intensifies with 5 BIG Tigers and a handful of Lemon Sharks swimming around us ! Not the best in closeup work but I like the blue water!
I love Reef Sharks as they always make great models and they are most common in the Bahamas. This image was taken at Ginormous Reef.
This large female Tiger Shark followed us throughout the whole week and always came in close to see exactly who was behind the dive mask. They are naturally curious. This image was taken off West End Bahamas.
This Reef Shark was one of the larger encountered while diving at El Dorado Reef of West End Bahamas. These sharks seem to travel in packs when there is action in the water.

This Reef Shark cruises high above the reef at Ginormous Reef. This image was taken in 2009 while diving near Tiger Beach.
Tiger Sharks patrol Tiger Beach and mingle with many of the other species that make the beach their home.
A walk home from the St Patrick's Day Parade ended up being a photo shot! With the sunset being stunning, it was time to jump around! This was the first shot with my Canon EOS 500d and the best of the night! Taken at Playa Grande, Lanzarote

excuse me.. coming through!!!
On a night dive last night with Manta Diving Lanzarote, we found lots and lots of cuttlefish, they were everywhere! This shot came out nicely, the other diver accidentally put his torch beam where I wanted it!! Taken on my Sony compact.
Just waiting for me :-) ... if only it was true ... (Sargocentron hastatus)
