2024 has been the year of the bait ball in Bonaire. This tired turtle is looking for a place to rest, oblivious of the cyclone of big eye scan just meters away. Shot with a Nikon Z8/Nauticam housing/INON z330 strobes.

Diving on paradise Reef in Cozumel seems to be like diving in a nursery. This is an image of a French Angelfish before losing its stripes for speckles. Very small and did nothing but flitter around the sponge.
This image is of a small school of Margates, the Margate is a member of the snapper family. They seem to school often on Paradise Reef off Cozumel.

First time shooting underwater !!! No external strobe or lenses, Sealife DC600 borrowed from a friend. I am hooked!
Size doesn't matter! Male Sailfin blenny protecting his territory against "the intruder". He actually nibbled on my daughter's finger when she moved it just a tiny bit closer.
Off the hook! (but with the hook) This shark has been going through tough times, as evident by the scars and the hook in her mouth. I wish people would realize that sharks are not enemies, and that we ruibn the planet by killing them!
