2024 has been the year of the bait ball in Bonaire. This tired turtle is looking for a place to rest, oblivious of the cyclone of big eye scan just meters away. Shot with a Nikon Z8/Nauticam housing/INON z330 strobes.

One of my favorites - French Angelfish are so friendly and photogenic. I followed this Angel for a minute or so and she rewarded me with a frontal shot.
I have never seen this shrimp before this trip to Cozumel, and saw it almost every Caribbean carpet anemone there. Obviously the health of the reef is excellent, Any help in ID on this shrimp would be great!
I enjoy watching these juv. Angelfish flutter back and forth with the current and the color is striking and hard to miss! This image was taken during a dive off Cozumel and Villa Blanco Wall.

man meets superfish
When I night dive in Cozumel I always see these big coral crabs but even with the beautiful texture of their shell the shots all start to look alike. So I felt really lucky to catch this poser as it ran up on a rock and posed with the finger coral
These beautiful fish are Gray Angels just before the adult stage of life which is a solid gray to brown color...
Equipment used was a Nikon D-200 in a Iklite housing with Dual Ds-125 strobes
