2024 has been the year of the bait ball in Bonaire.  This tired turtle is looking for a place to rest, oblivious of the cyclone of big eye scan just meters away.  Shot with a Nikon Z8/Nauticam housing/INON z330 strobes.

Two Crimora papillata and their spawn. Not often found, they can however be seen in large numbers in some particular spots. Canon EOS 350D in Ikelite housing, 2x SB-105 strobes, 100mm macro.

With focus, Polycera quadrilineata going down on Codium. The detail of the mantle was the goal. Out of focus, a very very small Elysia viridis, a very special uninvited guest! smile

This playful Grey Seal off Lundy Island sneaked up behind me and took me by surprise. As he Clambered over the top of my head, I turned the camera to shoot at myself, capturing an image of the cheeky chap at the same time.
