2024 has been the year of the bait ball in Bonaire.  This tired turtle is looking for a place to rest, oblivious of the cyclone of big eye scan just meters away.  Shot with a Nikon Z8/Nauticam housing/INON z330 strobes.

Tiger Beach / Tiger Shark & Reef Shark No PS !!

Head on. A female tiger shark heads straight for me at Tiger Beach.
Baited feeds has changed the shark behaviour in the Bahamas but it's also created a healthy revenue for the islands, and as such more than 40 species of shark enjoy full protection from the Bahamian government over 240,000 square miles.

Then there was 3 .... Diver spending few moments alone with 2 Reef Sharks off West End Bahamas.
Diving at a famous spot off the Bahamas called Tiger Beach offers the large Tiger Sharks a chance to get a friendly nose rub by brave divers.
The beginning of life starts as we release baby turtles into the Gulf Stream which is located between the US and Bahamas that flows north and carries turtles on a lifetime journey.
The Bahamas has healthy reefs due to large apex predators like this large Tiger Shark.
