A pretty cool picture of a black Tip shark turning as soon as the strobes fire.
Dusky taken in about 7 to 8m viz, the green water is due to our paper pulp mills (SAPPI SAICOR) releasing their effluent over the MPA, only in Africa.

Some top side shots taken on the 2011 Sardine Run. A "TUFF" year, but we will be back next year.

Extremely bad viz is not always such a bad thing for a photograph smile
The Cape Waters are not known for its kindness when it comes to good viz or calm waters, but as they say TUTIA and adapt. 7 Gill Cow Shark photographed on recent trip to Cape Town with Steve from Animal Ocean
Most probably one of the strangest and freakiest pictures I have ever taken, fishing vessel pulling in a load of anchovies, I decided to jump in and take a photo with 10 -22mm lens on 10 mm and this was the result. Hope you like it, one of a kind.
