2024 has been the year of the bait ball in Bonaire.  This tired turtle is looking for a place to rest, oblivious of the cyclone of big eye scan just meters away.  Shot with a Nikon Z8/Nauticam housing/INON z330 strobes.

Swimming along at 25m, I noticed these leopard sharks deep below me, circling each other. Dropping down for a closer look, I realized that they were most likely in some kind of a mating ritual.

Boris, our resident grouper at this site, is always a crowd pleaser. He reminds me of a "piscy" version of my retriever puppy - always ambles over for a closer look.

It was the first dive ever on this reef, which we had just discovered recently. When I came across this rock formation, I had one of the divers in my group ad lib and pose as a model.
