2024 has been the year of the bait ball in Bonaire.  This tired turtle is looking for a place to rest, oblivious of the cyclone of big eye scan just meters away.  Shot with a Nikon Z8/Nauticam housing/INON z330 strobes.

Gentle Giant! They hadn't had a Manta Ray in the double lagoon for 15years and we had the privledge to swim with this one (our first on ever) for 5 minutes before it flew off into the blue. Canon T2I in Aquatica with Tokina 10-17mm and twin strobes.

I captured this image of a bride during a drown the gown session beneath a 120 ft waterfall. Being that its native land it made sense the image portrays a mystical feel. It is believed the spirits of the ancestors roam there.
Bull Shark this morning at our dive at Cathedral, 8 or 9 were present and this guy came in to inspect my little ZEN mini dome!

This is what we underwater photographers do to get those shark shots!
bull shark
A Coralimorph found drifting along the substrate at 25m, only one i have ever seen drifting.

Found myself in the middle of a shark feed with a broken camera and a pair of pliers. Sad to think that without the feeding these sharks would probably be on the end of a longline.
