I believe this must be some type of juvenile scorpionfish.  Note the protruberances over the eyes.  Couldn't find it in any of my books. Found him hiding under this tree coral during a dive off Ita Beach on the Izu Pennisula on 2 February 2008.

Nudibranch on House Reef at Moalboal, Cebu, Philippines. Photo taken on 7 November 2007 at 8:26AM. I was shooting with a Canon A630 in an Ikelite Housing with an Ikelite DS125 Substrobe.

Nudibranch found at a depth of 90 feet while diving on the Tapilon wreck near Malapascua Island in the Philippines. Photo was taken on 25 October 2007 with a Canon A630 in an Ikelite housing and using an Ikelite DS125 Substrobe.
"Spider Crab" This was taken on the House Reef at Moalboal in the Philippines during a night dive on 6 November 2007. I was using a Canon A630 in an Ikelite Housing and an Ikelite DS125 Substrobe.
"Meet by the Cowrie Shell" Two nudibranch's near a Cowrie. This shot was taken during a morning dive on the House Reef at Moalboal on 7 November 2007. I was using a Canon A630 in an Ikelite Housing with an Ikelite DS125 Substrobe.
This was shot on 11 December 2007, at a divesite known as "The Crevice" off the coast of Guam and shows the incredible visibility we were enjoying while diving there. I was using a Canon A630 in an Ikelite Housing. Manual white balance and exposure.
