2024 has been the year of the bait ball in Bonaire. This tired turtle is looking for a place to rest, oblivious of the cyclone of big eye scan just meters away. Shot with a Nikon Z8/Nauticam housing/INON z330 strobes.

Im not sure about the colored lamp - but nice diagonals!
Thistlegorm's bow taken with natural light.
Thistlegorm, bow anchor winch.
thistlegorm again, this time with a doublebar brim standing guard above the wreck.
Canon 10D,15mm lens,Ikelite DS125 strobe.
How to photograph the most photographed wreck in the World, Thistlegorm, I thought - and almost dug myself into the bottom under the stern to get a tall perspective. 16mm, Minolta 700si in Seacam housing. No strobe. Agfa Scala b/w slide film.
Looking from Hold 1 into Hold 2 SS Thistlegorm....was going to post the famous ladder in the Rope Locker under the bow that everyone takes......but no not this time!
The wreck of Umbria lies in 0-90 feet of water, just outside the harbour in Port Sudan. The ship is leaned against the reef at a 45 degree angle. It was sunk by its own crew in 1940 to prevent its cargo of war materials to fall into allied hands.
Looking through doorway into 01 Deck 3 Cargo Bay SS Thistlegorm ( Not that great a photo ) But unusual doorway shape !
Distorted wagon remains on Thislegorms deck. The picture was taken with natural light and a wide angle lens.
Anchor Winch on Bow SS Thistlegorm
Lucas Lead Acid Battery 1941 on BSA motorbike
SS Thistlegorm
Photo taken in No 2 Hold
Anti-aircraft gun on the Thistlegorm, Red Sea.
4" AA Bofur SS Thistlegorm
WWII Blenheim Bomber, Malta.
Wreck of Russian freighter, Kolkhosnik, sunk 1942 with war supplies off Halifax, N.S. Canada. Nikonos V, single Ikelite 150 and Fuji 800 ASA film. Sitting upright at 150 feet, the wreck was partially salvaged for its cargo of ingots.
Roatan - shore dive from Fantasy Island. Nikon F80 w/16mm fisheye. Vis was poor, so I converted to grayscale in Photoshop for a better look
Picture is taken inside the bow of the Thistlegorm in Egypt.
The wreck of the Carrie Leigh is resting in deep water by Grand Cayman. Image is shot from about 240 fsw.
Used Nikonos V, but was really missing slower shutterspeeds than 1/30 sec.
