2024 has been the year of the bait ball in Bonaire.  This tired turtle is looking for a place to rest, oblivious of the cyclone of big eye scan just meters away.  Shot with a Nikon Z8/Nauticam housing/INON z330 strobes.

Smaller subjects typically 1 to 3 inches (2.5 to 7.5cm) shot on macro settings or with macro equipment that are in MID WATER not touching anything (i.e. between 1:1 and 1:3)

This is another great find at Phil Foster Park in Singer Island, FL which is one of my favorite dive sites. I used my Nikonos V with a 28 mm lens to capture this shot.

Columbia Reef, Cozumel MX Picture Taken with a Reefmaster 200DC & Reefmaster Strobe. This was my 1st attempt at underwater photography.
This moray was peeking out of a metal pipe at Blue Heron bridge, Singer Island, FL. I used my Nikonos V with a 1:3 extension tube to capture this close shot.
I call this photo 'Whatchoo Lookin' At?". This Spotted Scorpionfish sat motionless on the edge of the reef as I framed his face and captured the shot with my Nikonos V.
