By Plane is 2 hours from Lisbon to arrive at S.Miguel airport. Here you can find a few dive schools to whom you can arrange a dive trip. At S.miguel Island you can find many dive sites where you can take great pictures. This one was taken above a wreck called "Dori". Other dive sites you can find, with a little lick, some Mantas and sharks near by.

Lisbon Ocabic Aquarium, or Oceanário de Lisboa, is a very interesting place to visit. Diving inside it is possible if you are a biologist there or a member of the aquarium staff only.

This is the best of the German high seas fleet wrecks scuttled at the end of WWI. If you scuba dive this wreck its best to do on a twinset but a rebreather is best. Big Blue Sea Diving Centers Lanzarote

The Madeirense wreck is one of the best dive sites in Portugal. Fantastic blue waters and great visibility. The wreck is in good condition and offers shelter to big giant groupers, comb groupers and big eagle rays, that enjoy are usually found in the sand, surrounding the wreck.

Lots of interesting reefs around Exmouth, but not a lot of diving gfoes on. Silty near river. One dive shop, for air, by car park so you can tow your boat to the airstation. Decent slip, and cheap carpark. Dock side cafe does gret sausage and bacon rolls

In the harbour of Lanvéoc you may find Hippocampus. However, in the summer season you can´t dive here because there are to many ships passing. Night dives till 5-10 meters deep are beautiful here.

2 valentine tanks with amphibious modification, prepareing for D day. These are 2 of 6 sunk in Poole bay that led to a change in British tactics - but not US. All British Valentines landed in Normandy successfully. All US ones failed to reach shore.

ww2 wreck "albert janus" resting at 220 feet. Here you will find big lings, catfish and shoals of redfish + alot of small things. wreck is in good condition.
