A nice spot to find nudibranchs and other small animals living in the rock walls. Larger fish, like shoals of jackfish and triggerfish, may swim by so one must keep an eye on the "blue". The island of Berlenga is a natural reserve with several dive spots for every certification level, including wrecks and technical spots. Access is made by boat (45 min ride) from the coastal town of Peniche where there are several dive centers. Sorties are usually full day with two dives and includes lunch.
