United States PacificThe entire section of the island hear is diveable, as long as weather permits. When strong swell or currents are present, it is not safe and divers will have to move down towards the Ithsmus.

Netherlands Antilles Caribbean SeaWindsock is near the airport and is one of the easiest shore dive entries/exits in Bonaire. Park on the road near the jetty where the tugs sometimes tie up. There is a cut in the rocks (which are very small anyway), and you can just walk in and out over a fairly smooth sandy bottom. Distance to drop off is not long. Some interesting pictures can be obtained around the jetty and there is macro life throughout the dive. This is the site where I found an apparently rare (and even more rarely photographed), swollen claw mantis shrimp.

Indonesia Sulu and Sulawesi SeasIt´s one of the best macro destinations. Beautiful diving on the live aboard Palagian cruising along several islands near Wakatobi. Fabulous diving. Some of the healthiest reefs I have ever seen! Top notch diving and great accomodations.

Indonesia Banda SeaThe liveaboard, the Pelagian, run by the Waktaboi Resort made multiple stops in the Wakatobi Marine Preserve. Beautiful diving and pristine sites, warm water and good vizibility. Easy diving, with only low to moderate currents. Great and very experienced dive guides. Wakatobi Marine Preserve in the Banda Sea is a beautiful spot with hundreds of creatures and lots of muck diving.

Dominican Republic Caribbean SeaMy first dive in Dominican Republic. Was very impressed as I do not see this country and its diving featured in the diving publications very often, if at all.
I could have stayed on this one wall we did all day long, but air and playing follow the leader wouldn't let me. Great coral along wall shots possible, definitely would go back and plan dives and photography for this location again. Welcome comments from others that have dived Dominican Republic.

the hotel, hilton sharks bay resort has a fantastic house reef, the hotel is between white knight reef & ras bob reef, on site dive company is Sinai divers. this was my 3rd trip to this place.

SwitzerlandGreat dive site for scuba dive courses - but also for fun dives. Besides many smaller fishes (egli, schleie, felchen, barsch etc.) you may be lucky and also see "Hecht" besides many yung fishes and smaller schools as well as 2 stone lions, a scuba clock, great uw sign boards, etc as well as in the deeper side a "sauhund" at around 25m.

South Africa Indian OceanWindmill Beach,is along the False bay coast just outside Simons Town.This area is usually dived throughout the winter months and offers sheltered coves with Giant round shaped boulders sandwiching kelp and reef fish filled diving.This site because of it's sheltered location is very popular and offers safe diving to all level of divers and the only problem is the lack of parking.
The Parking area is the kit up point and its a short walk down to the beach which has entries on the left and right side of a large rock.The dive route can be done clockwise or anti-clockwise.
Out behind the rock are numerous below surface rocky outcrops which run out to sea and swimming a route around these can change the length of the dive.
There are quite a few different fish species the obvious are the Red Roman,John Brown, Hottentot,Zebra's,Streepies and Many species of klipvissies.Pajamas shark and puffadder shyshark are to be seen on most dives.Pipe fish can be seen on the sand aswell as octopus.
Seals will often join the divers briefly looking at them curiously,standing on your head or spinning in the water will often get a mimicked response.Remember regard all animals as potentially dangerous and don't touch.
The car park is fenced and the pedestrian gate is there to keep the jackass penguins from staying onto the golf course and into the neighbouring properties.
One of the only sites to have ablution facilities.
Remember as with all the sites around the Cape Peninsula A annual recreational scuba diving permit is required.

Fiji Koro SeaVisit by liveaboard (the Naia), or by the resort on the island. There are many great dive sites. Wall dives with sightings of blue ribbon eels, large hammerhead and black tip sharks, along with wonderful macro opportunites. Have also had many dives with manta rays. Fiji is great diving all year, but my favorite time of year is April - June.
