BHB, West Palm Beach

United States  Atlantic (North American coastal)
Blue Heron Bridge is a Muck dive of the Intercoastal waterway in Palm Beach shores. Lots of creatures migrate using the Gulfstream current and stop here to mate and feed. It is a great for any king of underwater photography. During the winter we have seen flabellinas mating and at the begining of May frog fish are coming back in April we saw baby octopus getting bigger. In October families of Manatees came by. In september we saw schools of spotted eagles...Seahorses all year round. This site is magical and you better open your eyes because you never know what u are going to find.
The access point is from shore at the beach but divers can also get dropped off by boat. Is best to dive one hr before hight tide since when the tide turns the current is very strong specially close to full and new moon and the water turns to liquid mud.
