Cayman islands Gulf Of MexicoEasy entry! Short 4' climb down a ladder watching for swells. Immediate corals. 20' swim to clear entry area, drops to approx.15'. Nice lazy swim uw in an easy surge for about 100yds. When you reach the edge of horse shoe shaped wall, it's a good time to double check with buddy(s). Bottom at this point drops to about 50' to 65'. You can stay above coral in 25' on the left and right. Beautiful, very colorful, many species of fish large and small, eels, scorpion fish, turtles, many varieties of coral, sea fans... OR, you can glide straight off the wall. fantastic formations left and right. On the left as you round the corner of the reef, there is a large, very large coral head not attached to the reef that you can spend quite a bit searching. If you stay to the reef wall around the corner, there is a huge over hang, usually filled with large tarpon just hanging out. The reef weaves in and out for a very long way, so watch your air. 1/3 out, 1/3 back, there is plenty to see without leaving the general entry area. Off to the right, the wall rather tucks in on itself down to the sea floor. simply awesome, best place in the world for night dives. Occasionally there is a gentle current, just keep yourself streamlined and take your time. There is so much to see. OR, check in at the Dive Tech Store and rent scooters. Oh, yeah, if you go straight out for a couple hundred yards from the first reef, you can reach the main wall, which of course drops down to extreme depths and encirles all of GCI. Dive safe, take pictures, leave only bubbles!!!

Solomon islands Solomon SeaDive this site with Dive Munda. It is about 20 minutes boat ride from Agnes Lodge. A spectacular wall dive, plunging down to 70 meters. There is a good chance of seeing hammerhead sharks, silver and black tip sharks, and the occasional oceanic white tip. Along the wall there are huge gorgonian sea fans and lush soft corals and thick whip corals. This makes an amazing early-morning dive as visibility can exceed 40 meters and the chance to see those big fish increases greatly. Although typically this is a deep dive to see the larger species of shark, the novice diver can enjoy this site as well at a shallower depth. The wall extends so close to the surface that it is possible to snorkel the site.

United StatesDive 1: Drop in and go counter-clockwise around small island northwest of drop in. Keep the island wall to your right the whole time. At beginning of dive, (approximately 8 o'clock) depth is about 70 ft. As you progress around the island wall and reach 12 o'clock the depth rises to 50 ft. Once you reach the channel the depth becomes around 30 ft. If you have good air management you can do a complete lap around the island with one tank depending on how much stopping you do. WARNING: Due the Northern exposure of this dive the water can get unpredictable at times, especially in the channel. Make sure you do this dive on mellow days.
Dive 2: Drop in and go Northwest-west. An advanced dive ensues that starts you out at 70 ft. As you keep traveling in the same direction the dive gets deeper and deeper. At about 100-110 ft it's about time to turn around and head back. This dive is an advanced dive because of the depth, air management, and the navigation skills needed.
Dive 3: Drop in east of the point marked on map you will find a pipeline heading Southwest-west. You can follow the pipe to the end and back getting as deep as 70 ft. A nice dive with a lot to look at.
There are even more dives here in this area but these are my top three that I've found out here so far.

Mexico Caribbean SeaThis is a slopping wall which has lots of plant growth and lots of sponges which attracts lots of turtles.... It is a high velosity drift dive. The wall is beautiful and there are ledges and cracks which are always interesting. This is considered an advanced dive and usually a second dive after a surface interval. I suggest diving with Liquid Blue Divers for small, fast and limited divers. Steel tanks afford a bit longer bottom time.
