Brian MayesThe flattened shape suggests it could be a Cryptic Sponge Shrimp (Gelastocaris paronae), but G. paronae is normally found on sponges where its colour and patterns camouflage it. This shrimp is mostly transparent, so perhaps it's a juvenile.
