Phyllidioosis xishaensis. This nudibranch has a white dorsum with four longitudinal black lines interspersed with raised ridges. It is a small Phyllidiid  growing to about 20 mm in length. Andamans_April 2024

French Cap is one of the best dives in the U.S. Virgin Islands. It is a small uninhabited island that lies south of St. John Island. The visibility is always excellent and a great site to see reef sharks. There can be rough seas and strong currents, so it is only possible to dive there on very calm days.
