This was an amazing wreck, sorry it was only one dive. Will have to go back many times to see the whole thing. It is cracked about 1/3 the way down the hull and is just an amazing site to me the new diver and very amature photographer.

Electric Beach gets it's name from the power plant across the street. It's located on Oahu's West side. Just take H-1 freeway west until it ends and turns into Farrigton highway. Continue on farrington highway untill you pass the Ko Olina exit. Electric beach will be on the left in just a nother 1/2 mile. Electric Beack AKA Kahe point State beck Park is one of the few places you can dive year round and that makes it also a popular training site. I got my start here back in 1994. Since then i've done hundreds of dives here and seen everything from sharks, dolphins turtles and rays to nudibranches, all the tropical fish to harliquin shrimp. The dives usually range from 20-40 FSW and last about 80 minutes. Water temp ranges from 70 in the winter to 82 in the summer. Vis is from 30-100 feet. The unique thing about this dive site are the two big hot water discharge pipes about 500 feet off shore. The powerplant brings in sea water to cool the turbines then discharges to water back off shore. It's really nice to swim by in the winter time for a warm up. See you in the sea soon, Stu

This is one of the great dive sites in the Gulf of Mexico. The 900' long air craft carrier is a monster and has something for everyone. The island is just 65' below the surface and stops at the flight deck 135' down. This is where the bulk of the diving takes place, but for the tech divers out there this wreck is a playground and a half that you can have almost all to youself. You don't have to take my word for it go online and contact any of the shops in Pensacola, Fl. ( I suggest MBT Divers 850 455 7702 or click here )they all agree this is THE GREAT CARRIER REEF.

This wreck is an interesting one that sank for an unknown reason. It was a shrimper boat. It's covered in a neat coat of algae and coral. Spider crabs and anglefish have been seen. This is a deeper dive, so, some experience is needed. Have fun diving it. Visibility is pretty good, since its average depth is about 95 feet.

San Clemente Island is just one of the eight islands that make up the Channel Island chain off of the coast of California. Each island is uniquely different and amazing to behold above and below water. Kelp diving is the order of the day at San Clemente, and the best way to get to this offshore oasis is onboard a live aboard dive boat. Horizon Charters Live Aboard Adventures has been taking divers to the Channel Islands since 1981, and through there customer service and attention to safety and detail is one of the best live aboard operations in the world. The kelp forests of San Clemente are an underwater oasis, where you'll be able to encounter sea life as small as a nudibranch to the goliath giant black sea bass (Up to 500 pounds!). The vibrancy of color underwater during a dive through one of San Clemente's kelp forests is truly amazing. The sunrays penetrating through a kelp forest on a beautiful summer or fall day add an element of awe to any diving experience. I like to compare kelp forest diving to a stroll through a healthy redwood forest, with one exception. Instead of looking up at the trees from the bottom, you can fly through the forest tree tops looking down at the sea floor that can sometimes be 100 feet away! A truly amazing experience! Night diving in a beautiful kelp forest adds another element of wow to the entire experience. Mix in some California sea lions, maybe a 1000' fish school of mackerel, and an occasional 5 - 8 foot soupfin shark and you've completed the total California and San Clemente Island kelp forest experience! Check out Horizon Charters Live Aboard Adventures at: click here
