A macro shot of a Pelagic Invertebrate, taken in open water off the coast of San Diego, California, USA.
I snapped this with my cousin's Canon G10. Believe it or not, the deckhand in the white shirt is dry. The stern of the boat dropped when the swell passed it. The crest of the swell was between the boat and me. The deckhand was standing on a platform.
ICE DIVE!
ANCIENT MARINER WRECK/ Bow
I took this while on a boat dive out of Panama City Florida. It was my daughter's first boat dive and her scuba certification final dive so I was mostly taking photos of her... but took a few of the fish and got this one.

This photo was taken above the surface of the water at the same time that I was beneath another surface of the water. The way energy takes form in water and how light is bent through the movement, I am reminded of a wormhole through time.
Taken off the coast of North Carolina, when my strobe went off it looks like a heart in the center of the jellyfish
A rare event in the waters of San Diego, California, USA. Hordes of Melibe leonina nudibranch gather to mate and feed.
Brain coral while we were diving in the Floriday Keys
Unusual angle of a diver on a safety stop in Kona Hawaii
Canon G-9 with Ikelite Housing, Inon wide angle lens and natural light.
Used my Olympus SP350 setup to catch this Curious Mola Mola as it was being cleaned by Senorita fish, I drifted slowly up a kelp stalk and he cruised around to take a look at me, luckily he framed himself against the kelp allowing me a quick shot.
After playing hide and go seek under the kelp for 1/2 an hour he finally got comfortable enough with me to make contact by first tugging on my fins, then I rolled over and sat on the oceans bottom trying to get a good picture of this inquisitive seal
Sea slog.
I have not named this photo yet. This was taken with only my Olympus Stylus 770 and PT-035 housing. The visibility that day (Thanksgiving) was around 60 feet. That is pretty good for Crescent Bay, Laguna Beach, CA smile
Sea slugs. B/W
Jelly fish at Ft. Weathrill Jamestown, RI
